The company has in-house design capability to design product components. CAD capability using design software such as Solid Edge, Pro-Engineer in IGES, IDEAS format have been installed by us.

• Aluminium alloy forming mould for moulded headliner of ‘Ambassador Car’ of M/s. Hindustan Motors Ltd. For this we had no inputs in terms of drawings or prototype or CAD data except body shell. The task was completed in 4 months.
• Aluminised Epoxy resin mould for moulded headliner of Swaraj Mazda LCV. The task was completed in 6 weeks.
• Aluminised Epoxy resin mould for moulded headliner of Reva Car Company in 6 weeks of receipt of CAD data.
• Aluminium alloy forming mould for rear parcel trays of Santro, Zen, Alto, Wagon R & Maruti 800 CC Car.
• Aluminium alloy forming mould for moulded headliners and floor carpet of Eicher Motors LCV.
• Aluminium alloy forming mould for moulded headliners and pillar trims of International Tractors.
