History

The company was incorporated by Mr. Pratap Dube in 1983.

In 1995, the company received a letter of intent from Suzuki Motors, to become India's First Headliner Manufacturer.

In 1995, a technical collaboration agreement was signed with M/s. Benecko-Kaliko AG, Germany for the manufacture of Moulded Headliners.

The company also manufactures other auto interior trim components such as Door Trims, Pillar Trims, Parcel Trays, Wall Panels, Floor Carpets etc.

With effect from April 2004 all auto components are produced in our new state of the art plant.

The company diversified into manufacturing of Electric Powered Wheelchairs from April 2006.

1998
June	:	Commissioning of India's First Water Jet cutting system.
July	:	Start of supply of Maruti's Zen moulded headliner.
August	:	Start of production of Moulded Headliners with knitted textile fabric as surface material.
1999
August	:	Production of 5,00,000th moulded headliner.
October	:	ISO 9002 Certification from M/s. TÜV Bayern.
December	:	Start of production of Cabin Wall Panels made from LoPreFin® to Volvo India.
2000
April	:	India's first Aluminium forming mould designed by Multivac for Hindustan Motors.
July	:	Start of supply of Maruti's Alto moulded headliner.
	:	In-house mould design development facility established.
December	:	Start of supply to Reva Electric Car.
2001
May	:	Installed capacity doubles.
June	:	Start of supply of Maruti's Versa moulded headliner.
August	:	Production of One Millionth moulded headliner.
2003
July	:	Start of production of PUR foam making Multivac as India's first PU Substrate.
December	:	Research & Development begins for Battery Operated Vehicles.
December	:	Production of 1.5 Millionth moulded headliner.
2004
January	:	Start of production of Non-Igniting Sound Absorbent PUR foam – NISAPUR foam.
February	:	Commissioning of high speed foam block slitting machine.
April	:	Design & manufacturing of aluminium forming mould for headliner of Eicher LCVs.
	:	New integrated interior auto trim manufacturing plant with 50,000 sq. ft. floor space commissioned at IMT, Manesar (Haryana)
May	:	Design & manufacturing of aluminium forming mould for pillar trims of International Tractors.
June	:	Design & manufacturing of aluminium forming mould for floor carpet of Eicher LCVs.
2005
December	:	Start of moulded roofliners supplies for Scorpio SC & DC models for Mahindra & Mahindra.
2006
January	:	Moulded roofliners supply in natural fibre (LoPreFin®) composite for International Tractors Limited.
March	:	Start for moulded headliners for Eicher's LCVs.
May	:	Letter of Intent from Mahindra & Mahindra for Bolero Door Trims.
September	:	Start of Supply of Bolero Door Trim to Mahindra & Mahindra.
2007
June	:	Letter of Intent from Mahindra & Mahindra for Scorpio.
August	:	Start of production for Scorpio.
September	:	Order from Sudhir Gensets, India's largest genset producer for Acoustic Insulation Foam .
December	:	Order from Mahindra & Mahindra for their LTV project for 2009.
